achieves coarse to ultra fine
A salt grinder doesn't have to do much, it holds salt, looks nice and grinds the salt finer than it was before.
This does all that and it's adjustable right down to the finest of powders so I'm very pleased with it.
It's a shame the matching pepper mill was smashed in transit, then out of stock!
It's really big btw, easy to hold & turn.

Probio 7 Advanced, better than prescription meds for IBS.
This "advanced formula" is a little more expensive than the original formula, but is so much better than old style yoghurts or cheaper probiotic capsules. It's also cheaper than equivalent products like Bioglan Woman probiotics (also very good). This eases the pain of eating by at least as much as anything the doctor has prescribed over the years and seems to help my overall feeling of wellbeing too, maybe because it doesn't have the side effects of other things I've tried. I'm sticking with this one.
