Nice tight fit.
Keep a tight grip on the phono plugs in them for a reliable and noise free connection into the mixer.

One month cramp free. CONVERTED
1 of 1 found this helpful Having regularly suffered from night cramps, bought a pack to see if they would help. Having used for a month I have been pleasantly surprised that I have not had my sleep disturbed for even one night. I have just taken two tablets at night usually a couple of hours prior to retiring. I have just bought my second pack.

Over performs.
Tested it to the max. It, amongst other things charges Ipad at 2.6a. The current display is accurate to 0.1a.
