  The item advertised was a sealed new controller, the item I received was a opened controller with no original packaging. Tried to resolve issue with seller. Seller was not helpful at all instead made false accusations. Refer to the images for evidence. I made a video of the entire unboxing for evidence.

  the accusations made are valid and true, this buyer is trying to reap the seller off, all I wanted was for him to return the item if he wasn,t satisfied with the condition, but instead, he wants to keep the item and get a refund without returning it, which doesn,t make any sense, if an item is faulty i return it, i don't try to keep the item,and then try to ask for a refund, thats fraudulent behaviour scammers everywhere.
