Fits perfectly, great value.

Recommend.
Not done any yoga for over 10 years and this was easy to follow, with a very experienced teacher.
I’m struggling as I’m so unfit but you can stretch less and hold poses for less time, until strength and flexibility builds.
Good purchase as you can build up with this and I’ll move on to the second class on the dvd once I’ve got more stamina!

Surprisingly good!
Very easy to follow instructions led to a perfect fit immediately. Quite thick, which I need as I grind my teeth on an extreme basis!
Also, you can trim excess, if needed.
Comfortable to wear and noticeable reduction in headaches and the tiredness you can get with bruxism.
Much better value than dentist was charging and I honestly cannot tell the difference!
