Braun 5416 Shaver Battery Replacement Success

The replacement battery does fit correctly in my Braun 5416 shaver, but the battery tabs were too long and wide to go into the original holes before soldering in the shaver. This was a simple fix by trimming the tabs with scissors carefully to the correct length and width. The shaver was then charged for about 8 hours, even though the battery did have a charge, and has seen daily use for the past 3 weeks without requiring a charge. YouTube provided the instructions for shaver disassembly and battery replacement without damage.

A very reliable product.

My Sharp VC-H952U has just failed 11/18/14 and it's only about 18 years old. It was in daily use and speaks well for items made in Malaysia.

Limited instructions, but works great with added security and 5 GHz WiFi for older computers

This external WiFi was intended to allow an older laptop to use the 5 GHz WiFi band and upgraded security and does what was intended and quite well. The only issue that occurred was that upon installing the software and configuration, it just started working in the background and while I expected to have to start it for the first time, It was running, and running very well. I have 2 different passwords for both WiFi Bands, and did not have the 2.4 GHz WiFi enabled, only the 5 GHz Band enabled and am very happy with the performance of this unit. Distance is about 125' between the house and the shed out back on a 1/2 acre property.
