Worth the investment
A great read and a HUGE book, worth the $

I had no idea soy sauce could be so good
1 of 1 found this helpful It isn't exactly what I thought it would be, but then again, I never had anything like it. I expected a stronger, more condensed flavor profile of the "off the shelf" soy sauces, but I was wrong. It has its own rich flavor profile but isn't just "a stronger version" of the cheap stuff. I love it and wish I could get it a little cheaper but I know the complicated process of making and shipping such an item. A 5-star product made by a soy Jedi master! I would (and will) buy again.
