  Both shift keys does not work plus it was poorly packaged, it was packaged on a bag instead of a cardboard box to protect the keyboard and arrived with some damage, adding pictures

  Sorry you had issues with this keyboard, it was functioning in the laptop before it was damaged in shipping- I've received and sent keyboards this way and haven't had an issue personally. If you would like a refund, feel free to reach out- I have not seen any messages from you regarding this item.
