Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 THX Certified Desktop Computer Speaker System w/ Subwoofer

It looked great in the box, but was actually damaged severely.

Item arrived in what looked like pretty much new condition. Upon opening the box both satellite speakers where clean and like-new. However once the subwoofer was unboxed it had a huge plate in the backplate, which was deep enough it caved in the metal plate on the back easily 1/2 to 3/4 inch. This of course managed to cause damage to internal components. When tested the speakers hiss and crackle often they develop a hum which grows in loudness until the system is unplugged from it's power source.
