2 of 2 found this helpful One spray WILL NOT do it. If I'm craving sugar I'll spray 3x. Then wait about 30 seconds and then take 1 bite. Makes things taste like sand. I still can continue if it's a "munchie" craving so I would say it works about 1/2 the time to stop. BUT it still knocks out the sugar taste about 90% and that's what it advertises.

Great value but the quality is not the best. Normally 1 out of 10 is bad

Better than nothing but not great.
2 of 2 found this helpful I have the 5-gallon water bottles with the blue handle. These things don't really screw on and are not really tight. But I believe they are good enough to travel in the car and to use on the cooler.
