  Items were packed very poorly, with one plate just tossed in a seltzer box without padding. This plate broke and arrived in pieces, with multiple pieces of glass throughout the entire box. Other plates are in much worse condition than expected, with multiple cracks in each. Upon contacting seller, she was responsive & replied in a timely manner. Once I requested return or refund, she did provide a 50% refund. That is appreciated but doesn't give me a good quality, 4 pack of the plates I ordered.
