it is ok, but not what was expecting from Crosswater
my previous crosswater fittings were really nice and solid quality. this rail is the same as 9.99 from screwfix, and shower hose and head are basic. the rail is plastic, and was really expecting a decent brass metal.... even with the largely "discounted" price of 25 pounds it is not worth it...

this is one of the crazily expensive pieces of plastic that you just have to use to make the system work - so not much choice!
however it does what it is suppose to - fits and connects into the boiler and further extensions. not much more to say. would be better to see it with metal casing but guess this is just how it is made..

Fantastic quality and will make you enjoy it every time to use it!
i saw a set of these in a restaurant and they were an amazing quality, with very heavy weight and metal mechanisms. yes, they are probably on a "small" side, and need to be filled more regularly, but they are the only ones i saw that weight a lot and definitely give you an assurance that you are using a quality product! whilst full RRP is not cheap, they can be picked up for less and then they are a really good value. apart from the size issue, one will definitely not be disappointed.
