  Delighted with the Picture but the glass shattered I contacted the seller who kindly refunded me in full but asked for the remainder of the money when the glass is bought i went to recycling centre to get rid of the glass it was too sharp to pick up they said the main dump which is along way from me I live in Cornwall not London so my time fuel etc still have to go the Cornwall glass as that is 10 miles away plus parking my time fuel

  In all my years I have never come across someone so devious and twisting. Having received the picture the courier broke the glass. You have then capitalised on unfortunate events, told me you intend keeping the picture and frame and now intent on paying me NOTHING. Instead you claim 10 miles sole journey to dispose of a square foot of glass that is balderdash and why you intend paying me NOTHING. Shame on you. Hope the picture reminds you of who you actually are
