A great addition to any painting lovers library
If you like Russian Painting this is a great wee book. The pics are well printed and defined and the text exacting to go with. Its a great book for the art lover and for a few pounds its like having a whole gallery in your hands with each page a delight to turn.

A nice on for students of portraiture.
As an art student doing portraiture Rembrandt and his self- portraits is an invaluable study guide. I know it’s hard to get good photos in an old book but these plates are enough to see the artists development. It’s chronologically laid out so that’s helpful too and not too academic for an interested beginner. Nice to add to my reference collection. It was a reasonable price too for what it is, as art books can be so expensive and out of reach of most students who would certainly appreciate them.

Handy gadget- You’ll like the Body Battery
Handy affordable and useful. I particularly like the Body Battery and I got the watch specifically for this feature. I used to have a FitBit but choose Garmin over it. On the downside it’s a bit thick at the wrist so it doesn’t sit comfortably with a close fitting wrist. It’s hard to read in sunlight unless at max brightness and due to thickness it’s uncomfortable if worn at night to monitor sleep which is a bit annoying. I dropped it just one point for these small irritations.
