  One of the pair of items arrived broken , where it had previously been repaired and was not mentioned. Only offered a half a refund as one was not damaged. Very disappointing, would not recommend.

  I am disappointed with your feedback on the horses you purchased. The break that you said was present was certainly NOT there when they were posted and must have happened during transit. I responded that you could mend them and we would refund half but you could keep both - no response. This feedback is disappointing and totally unjustified
