Brilliant machine for an amateur.

It’s incredibly easy to make amazing coffee as the main variable is grind size which gives you the amount of espresso you desire.
Keep a damp piece of kitchen roll to hand, and you’ll have no more mess than you do with a Nespresso machine.

Refurbished?
This appears to be a new 'second' rather than a refurbished used part. The insulating foam on the connectors were misaligned, which didn't seem quite right and doesn't give me confidence in it's longevity.
Additionally, a hairline crack has appeared (despite not dropping it) across the screen.
