Sadly damaged upon arrival
The product had chips in it and I had to glue them back on. The 3 way switch was bent and had to be straightened to work. The plastic sleeve that attaches to the top of the base and with its washer counterpart holds the glass top on was cracked and I had to glue that part too. The wiring connecting to the socket was disconnected which was very strange. Just loose...dangerously stupid and irresponsible for a manufacturer to do this and not mention it in their one page manual. Perhaps, this was damaged in shipping or was a restock? not a new product experience I was expecting. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product. Please do not respond and tell me that I could have returned this.
