  item was described as brand new & when i received the phone there were 2 sim cards in it plus text messages in the inbox & outbox between two individuals, when i enquired about this i was told it was a returned phone that the buyer did not want, very dissatisfied with the waythe seller handled the issue & total lack of care they had when i brought up this issue with them, stay well away!

  My reason for giving a negative review is that the battery is listed as new. It was not delivered in a manufacture s packaging. There was no way of establishing if it was new or otherwise. The delivery and seller communication was acceptable. The battery was returned recorded delivery but the seller took over a week to arrange a refund .
