It works great but doesn't last long
I've owned a Sonicare toothbrush and this Sonicare flosser. Both of these items lasted just 2 years (just out of warrantee). I am now convinced that Sonicare products are designed to fail at 2 years. That said, when they work, they work great. My hygenist told me last visit my mouth looks better than it has in the 10 years she's been working with my teeth. Knowing these things fail but liking how they work, I've be (at least for now) willing to pay to replace them and the price I paid for this particular unit on ebay was very reasonable.

I LOVE IT!
It works perfectly unlike older versions of this product that required constant restarting.

Can't ask for more
This is a wonderful machine - fast, quiet with great fit and finish and 90 day warrantee. Only issue is 3 year addon warrantee is expensive at $150.00 but it does include on site service, parts and labor.
