No Auto Shutoff
This is a great sounding speaker and is made very well. My major complaint is that we intended to use this in tandem with Alexa which requires the Soundlink to be continuously plugged in to be always responsive.. Bose recommends that this speaker not be constantly plugged in as it will adversely affect the battery life. We also intended to use the Soundlink to fall asleep to, but without a sleep timer or auto shutoff, the battery is totally run down by morning unless it is plugged in, which as I say, is not recommended.
