  Disingenuous. Item not as described. Listing showed used sandwich toaster, but item posted was broken, cracked and with internal wiring exposed. Only a small broken plastic piece was inside the box which was completely sealed. Seller refused return, claiming item was damaged in transit and directed me, the buyer, to claim compensation with their courier! When I refused, seller then offered partial refund. I simply escalated to ebay who provided return label. I returned and got fully refunded.

  item came as on pictures : Used / working, signs of use without cracks. After pictures are taken of products, they don't move until delivery. We tried to keep the item safe in a extra thick card box & often use fabric bags/bubble wrap or paper, but extra packaging wouldn' allow the cheap price you asked for. We are sorry, the order didn't delight you, however if damage is caused during logistics, recipient needs to complain to vendor paying the seller your refund. PIECE OFFER 15% OFF NEXT TIME

  Avoid this seller, ordered a Teasmade, when it arrived we found that it was damaged, there was a hole in the one side and the teapot was missing, l contacted the seller just to be told teapot was in parcel which it wasn't and would l like a price reduction, what's the point of this when you can't use it, said l wanted a refund, still waiting. Avoid at all costs.

  Buyer tried to scam and ebay has not accepted a refund. Item was like new, opened but has not touched food. Is new at £79.99-120.00 and agreed to sell for under 30 GBP. Buyer resisted to send pictures of the 'hole' and said she threw the item away even it was working. Also insulted and used bad language on chat.
