  The seller sold me a defected phone and he said that he will return me the money and the shipping he did not do , the shipping cost me 6,78 dolars and he didnt pay me this cost.

  I sent her $7.00 to cover her return. Evidently the phone was damaged in shipping. I apologized to her and made it right. She said she was going to revise her feedback, but never did. I have always taken the tact that the customer is always right. This was the first time I ever received negative feedback.
