Japanese Style

japanese design concept from the 80s
This is a good book which shows Japanese style from an early 80s perspective. A lot more emphasis on simplicity and the minimalist drama of traditional Japanese decor. The 80s was a time when interior design followed a strict concept, more than now, when kitsch and personal style are so popular. My mom used to have this and I loved looking at it. Glad to have found it here.

A funny rock parody
It's a great movie. You can't go wrong with Jon Reilly, he's always funny. And I'm a big rock fan so the premise is right up my alley, sort of a montage of "Walk the Line", "Love and Mercy" and various other rock bios of the last few decades. Definitely a great parody of the over the top rock lifestyle, with some very funny songs too. A must see!
