This thing kicks butt!
3 of 3 found this helpful I'm not some airsofter 14 year old kid. I'm 30, and I shoot guns. I haven't bought an optic under $300. Until this one. I've never used a red dot, so I bought this as a throw away, will I like a red dot or won't I tester. Well, I'm NOT throwing this away. It's actually good build quality and the dot is very small and sharp. I don't use any of the other reticles.. Just the dot. This sight is small and light weight. Perfect for a pistol. If looking to use a red dot on a rifle, I would probably look more at the tube designs. What really surprised me about this optic is the parallax. There are no parallax issues with it. The dot stays on target regardless of the angle your viewing the glass from. This feature is something touted by the more expensive models of these type optics. Once zero is set, zero stays. At least it has for me ~100 shots later. There aren't very many choices available in red dot models that offer a dovetail base. I was happy to find this one. And now I'm happy with the quality. Give this optic a shot.

Awesome awesome awesome
1 of 1 found this helpful I know the Maximus V is considered old now that there are a few new gen chip-sets now, but I was upgrading from an ASUS PH867- I Pro and an Intel i3 2120. Now I have this Maximux V Gene, and Intel i5 3570k @ 4.6ghz. WOW. This isn't impressive compared to the newest tech, but only a few years ago, this was smokin' fast.. And still is. Paired with a mid grade GPU, this system will run most all games maxed at 1080p. At the price I put this system together for, I very much regret buying a PlayStation 4, two months ago. The seller had the MOBO securely packed, with anti static bag. The system posted right up, first attempt. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Will gladly buy from the seller again if our paths happen to cross.
