Just a plastic box
More functionality. It holds the razor loosely i.e., the razor bounces around. It is too small to hold the razor with extra blades like for a Mac 3 or similar.
Maybe this box could be use for something else which could make it a better value.

It was not a good investment for me.
The screen cursor movement was no better than my old mouse. The surface is on a finished wood table. Brown color.
Often I can move the mouse on the table a 1/2 inch or more without the cursor moving.
Admittedly, my HP laptop may be a contributing factor since this mouse does not work any better than the old (non laser) mouse.
