It does help
I bought this a few years ago,forgot about it but found it a week ago.i have very dark undereye circles and i thought i would try this with no hope but just to try to finish my products.to my surprise i wokeup with quite lightened undereye circles,been using for a week and it is really helping.i hardly sleep and am on medication that dehydrates so this is quite impressive.probably the one undereye serum i may consider repurchasing

My new favourite kohl
Love this kohl,it is a soft easy creamy application,does not smudge as other kohls do, an intense black , longlasting.beats some high end brands ive used.my new go to kohl.
