Unfortunately a month or 2 later has passed & when I tried to chase again my messages have been ignored. I was trying to be nice giving seller extra time but am now unable to get a refund through eBay. It’s not a huge amount £12.83 but disappointed as it was for my daughter and her pocket money. Hopefully seller will see this FB and do honest refund soon….
