OK sound but unreliable electronics and/or software

I've got refurbrished set of this headphones. Battery was completely discharged. After charging it i had to do factory reset and firmware upgrade to pair the headphones and receiver. Every time i power headphones off - i have to do pairing procedure over and over. Receiver has a pinhole not a normal button which is super uncomfortable to use. Few days ago they stopped charging when powered on. LGS software just says "wake up your phones" when i plug USB cable. No charging performed. When i unplug USB cable headphones just wake up. Charging works only when headphones are turned off. Very sad...
