  I don't know what happened, I only know I did have an issue. I wish you would have contacted me before leaving this negative feed back. We could have worked to make it right. I've worked with a customer where I had an address issue and you can see in a previous feedback, where I got a glowing review from said customer. I'm sorry we couldn't work this out.
