T-nuts don't fit m-lok slots

You get what you pay for t-nuts are plastic and don't fit you can grind them don't but the threads will wear out and it will fall off. I guess it's my fault since it doesn't say m-lok in the title. the pictures show what looks like t-nuts though, I'm frustrated it's so cheap it's not worth returning. I hope this helps someone else!
