Fly swatter
Cheap and cheerful. A stiffer handle would make it a better product. Great supplier though. Fast shipment, well wrapped.

Good but could easily be made better.
This lancing device has an all metal construction with a positive spring activated action. It is shaped like a well known manufacturer ‘s ballpoint pen, and has a spring clip cap so it can be stored in a coat/jacket top pocket for convenience. The barrel unscrews to receive a plastic lance with a sharp spear point.
My main criticism of this device is that there is no indication nor means of graduating the depth that the device lances the skin. This can result in some painful trial and error by the user to find an ideal setting for individual use. The other issue I have is that the manual is of no use to me as it is all in Chinese. English translation please!
