Beautiful book on a beautiful ship
This is a beautiful book, whose large format and double-page spreads do justice to the stunning interiors of this magnificent ship. It is not, however, simply a collection of pictures, and includes considerable essays on the Normandie and on the French Line that ran her. Highly recommended

Excellent level of research
This book offers very thorough coverage of the air campaign of this now largely forgotten conflict, with a wealth of visual material to further illustrate this tragic episode of African politics.

Beautiful model from this superlative (and much-missed) company
There's little I need say here, to justify 5 stars, other than that this is a Wingnut Wings kit! They really are that good and, at anything much under £200 are currently a bargain; until someone acquires the moulds, we are unlikely to see quite such impressive models of WWI aircraft again, at least not such a range of subjects. The Halberstadt is a beautiful subject (aeronautic-ally-speaking) and has some particularly colourful schemes.
