Great book, excellent used condition.
The book is very thorough and practical and inspiring in its message of changing your eating habits, and thereby your health, for the better for good. There are many suggestions about how to plan/prepare your meals, both a simple outline and more detailed recipes. You can also visit the author's website to find out more.
The book was described as in good used condition and it looks like new, apart from a corner crease on the back cover.

Works well, but only if you have the right-sized gaps!
This is great if the gaps between your paving stones are about a quarter of an inch wide - then it rips weeds out well. However, if your gaps are narrower than that (as most of mine are) the weeder is absolutely useless, as you can't even insert it! Similarly, if your gaps are much more than quarter of an inch, the blade just slides right past the weeds, so pretty useless then too. Back to the drawing board ....
