Good selection, good arrangements
Nice set of songs. Good arrangements. I have most of this series - this one is not my favourite, but they are all good books and I am pleased to add this to my collection.

The definitive work on the area
This is the definitive text on this area, absolutely essential reading. Comprehensive and clearly written, love it. The only caveat is that the whole text is available online for free. However, I am pleased to have my own copy.

Meh. Will do the job, but not well-built
This is a standard olympic curl bar - 4ft long etc... Normal amount of curve on the grip.
I was not impressed with the quality of this product, given another chance I would have spent more on a better quality bar.
Bearings are not good.
It's got that rounding on the sleeves, rather than a smooth sleeve.
There are a few marks on the bar itself where the manufacturing quality is low.
Not enough problems to send it back (and there's the hassle of the packing etc.), but certainly enough not to recommend this product.
I might take the sleeves off and see if I can grease the bearings or something like that.
