Unreliable lock
1 of 1 found this helpful Was a bit of a fiddle to get phones paired, but it seemed like a good solid piece of equipment. However, we’ve found it can take quite a while to recognise you’re trying to open it and sometimes takes 2 or 3 attempts before it will lock (when you lift the handle). It has now randomly started putting itself into the installer mode (with the purple light) which would allow someone else to add themselves to our users! We’ve had it for 2 weeks and have decided it’s not safe to keep persevering and are going to go back to a basic lock again. A total waste of time and money
