1 of 1 found this helpful An excellent tool for clearing briar & brush also for snedding [limbing] lighter section side-branches, etc.
The rounded tip of the blade is a no-brainer of an improvement
It makes the tool safer to use whilst the sharpened tip of a classic billhook is little used and is often the first part to become blunted & damaged after mis-strikes, etc.
Only criticism is that the tool is rather light to use on heavier jobs so I shall be experimenting by adding some flat metal discs bolted through the hanging-up hole at the end of the blade.
Good price off eBay too: some 2/3s of list!

the main cap on the container does not seal so, for petroleum products, it is not fit for purpose.
