Lucas brake shoe tool 64947016
1 of 1 found this helpful I was really struggling to get enough leverage to remove the shoes on some 11" drum brakes. All I had was the normal sized, 8" long shoe horn tool 64947019. I saw this larger tool advertised and thought it worth a go and it made such a difference. This is 11" long, gives far more leverage and has a larger slot to accommodate the brake shoe. I got the job done in no time. However I am still wondering what on earth to do with the second tool that seems to be fitting drum brake springs!

Highly recommended
This set seemed far too cheap to be any good but I thought I'd take a chance and I'm very glad I did.
I'm only a DIY-er with classic cars but I'm already both amazed and delighted just how useful and robust the tools have proved. As in all the other reviews, the only downside is that the packaging disintegrates as you open it.
