    Purchased on 15th July, expected by 22nd, the date I needed it for as a present. Contacted seller on 22nd as it was not shown as dispatched. Had a notification straight after conversation to say it had just been dispatched, at 06.50 that morning? Seller told me to contact Ebay if I had a problem with the dates shown on ebay. Ebay agreed, it should have been dispatched and delivered by 22nd. Unhelpful communication and no apology or compassion shown when told it was for a disabled friend by 22nd

    I completely disagree with your version of events. Once you purchased the book on the 15th July I have 2 days to dispatch the item as per EBAY. I purchased the postage on the 17th July I then had until the 24th July to post the book. I posted the book on the 21st July. Post office then confirmed to yourself on the 22nd that the item had been received at the depot and it was then delivered on the 23rd July. The dates that appear on Ebay is their estimate of the delivery dates, so not late
