Really good...and it works!
Following a brief read of the book , it becomes clear just how simple the principles are to follow. Sugar=fat gain! I was amazed how quickly I could 'tweak' my diet without drastic action and still lose weight (especially around the waist) quickly. The recipes are easy to follow and delicious. I'd highly recommend this book to anyone struggling to control weight and keep diabetes under control or eliminated all together.
