  Thanks for the "neutral" feedback. I gave you a full refund no quibbling, and the post office eventually returned the parcel to me saying it had never been picked up. Doubtless this comment will aggravate you (even though it is the truth) but you could have been a little more generous/positive? 'Neutral' feedback is effectively expressing dissatisfaction.
