Poor
This looks sturdy enough the first time it is used, but when put under stress from a bolting or pulling dog, the lead can unravel very quickly and the stop mechanism can break, letting the ribbon lead becoming completely detached and my 13 month old puppy-dog disappearing !
I have disassembled the handle into its 2 parts and replaced a fragile plastic part with metal, but it is only a stop-gap repair until I can buy a more mechanically competent item.
