Very nice material
Using this to knit kids' hats and hand warmers. The colours are cheerful without being overly bright , and the lyrex adds a very nice bit of sparkle. Pleasant to knit, and the finished pieces feel soft and warm. I'm sure the girls will love it!

Great fun for language learning
As a mum and languages teacher, this is one of my all time favourite books for young children!! They (or you ๐) can lift the flaps looking for Spot, and as there is a different animal hiding under each one, there is plenty to talk and smile about.
For language teaching, this is a fun way of hearing and practising the use of prepositions ("is he under the bed? No! Who is under the bed? Oh my godness, there is a big crocodile! Is there a crocodile under your bed as well??...") All the kids I have used this with have loved it. Highly recommended!

Colourful, informative, inspiring. Bravo Barefoot Books!
Beautifully illustrated (like all Barefoot Books I know), this is a cool way of showing kids different types of musical instruments as well as various insects. Am using this also as an inspiration for making funny animal crafts with young English language learners. Recommended!
