works fine for plex battery backup

Unraid Plex is running 11x hard drives and P2000 and total use is 161 Watts and gives approx. 25 mins but when using Unraid it can go as low as 63 Watts which doubles the time to nearly an hour. For this use case the USB connection to the Unraid Plex server can be set shutdown at either battery level or time. This does have a standard kettle lead to power this device. The output needs a kettle extension lead (male to female).

Works for HP Gen 8 line-up as expansion card is not supported

This is labeled for the DL160 but this is more than that. This card works with the HP Gen 8 servers line up. I looked through the manual for my server DL380p Gen 8 and it stated that ALL gen 8's will work with the same model card (P420) and not an expander card like the rest of the line up. After getting the firmware for it (8.32) even when it come with version 8.00 so both my P420i and P420 card were running in tandem it worked just great. This would require the HP service disk which:- P19473_001_spp-2019.09.0-SPP2019090.2019-0905.39.iso This worked the best for me but need to add the other little files not in this release to get the added value from using it without errors.
