I've been selling on eBay almost 20 years on and off. I used to run larger eBay accounts but now I just use it to offload good deals from time to time. I have learned best practices for customer support and preferred packing/shipping methods and always make sure my customers are happy. Unless they are crazy and unreasonable, let's be honest here, some people we just need to pray for. lol.

Seller added tracking but never gave the item to the USPS. ITEM NEVER SENT. I sent several emails requesting a refund that went unanswered, finally after last day on ebay claims, Seller issued refund.
