The Goodies - At Last A Second Helping (DVD 2005)
2 of 2 found this helpful A real trip back to the past, when "The Goodies" was the highlight of the week's TV viewing not just for me, but the whole family. Good clean fun, still funny after all these years. Great to catch up with a couple of episodes I never saw! Loved it; still got two of episodes to watch, and really looking forward to watching them. I know I won't be disappointed. An excellent buy for anybody who enjoyed The Goodies years ago.

One for your library
Yes, it dates back to 1923, but this book is an excellent source of information about the early steam locomotives. Obviously it majors on Newcastle built locomotives but there is much about contemporary builders too. A bit heavy going in places, but a seminal reference book.

Badger Watching in Britain DVD
Well the visual content was fine, but the narrator drove me up the wall. It was as if she was speaking to a class of retarded 6-year olds. If I ever watch it again (unlikely) I'll turn the sound off!
