Anyone can make great ice cream!
Somewhat noisy and bulky, but very easy to operate. Takes about 30 mins to make a litre or so of great ice cream (although bowl needs 12 hours in freezer beforehand. Paddle is a bit fiddly to get all ice-cream off - and you won't want any to go to waste. But all in all a very good buy.

Great camera - especially for action photography - lots of features
Bought principally for taking photos of birds on the wing - so autofocus speed and accuracy important.
Likes - rapid accurate focus (better than my 5D3); APSC format; range of features similar to 5D including three custom settings; very fast continuous shooting speed (10 fps).
Dislikes - still quite heavy despite smaller format; picture quality not quite as good as full frame cameras.
If this had been out earlier, I would not have bought my 5D3.

Better value than well known rivals
Really good for wet or dry use. Powerful and easy to clean. I use principally for grinding peppers and making sauces and marinades from herbs and spices. It's my second one. (My daughter made a mess of the first one and tried washing it. She now knows water and electricity do not mix.)
