Does the job

Bought this to use when i go fishing during the winter. Was a little sceptical as to whether it would be a waste of money ,as the heat produced may have been minimal.Have used it twice now and am very pleased..On the highest setting the heat is perfect and it really does warm my hands up as my fingers get very cold .Seems to be a good buy for £20..
