faulty blade part. (twice)
lightweight, made good smoothies, but the blade attachment fell out of its housing the third time I used it. the same thing happened with the replacement part. I do not feel therefore that I can recommend this item at all.

Fascinating product - first class.
I bought this in an attempt to improve my general health an immunity, but mainly to help my acid reflux, which it seems to be doing. It's fascinating to start it off, and this one in particular must be very good quality as the grains have grown do quickly that I have broken some off and given them to a friend. I have been using full fat milk which ferments in about 24 hours, and second fermenting it for another 24 hours, and am going to try goat milk next. I HIGHLY recommend this product.
