2 of 2 found this helpful Despite initial misgivings, I ordered this receiver anyway. I wrongly thought that being such a small unit it's performance would be mediocre. Wrong! This is, quite simply, a superb little unit. Excellent sound quality from such a compact piece of kit. Plug in, extend the aerial and away you go. It covers a wide range of channels which you can scan, lock in or dial up yourself. Simple to use, bright display, great reception and not much bigger than a fat paperback. Use the mains power unit or the 12 volt cable if out and about. I'm ordering a second unit for the vehicle so my current one can stay on the desk! Thoroughly recommended.
