Perfect for the job.
Perfect for the job. A decent sized wheel too, not one of those pram wheels that most spare wheel kits come with nowadays.

Great value product with a few flaws
This is a great fun product, well built & performs reasonably well. It has an adjustable strap that fits well & a big comfy face cushion. There's plenty of room within the cushion for you to wear your glasses providing they're not too huge. There are also adjustable lenses that allow you to focus the image well, although they are a little loose & could be improved upon. The main gripe is that the nose space is woefully inadequate for adults which results in the entire weight of the unit & your phone pressing an un-cushioned section of plastic against the bridge of your nose. This could be easily remedied in future revisions simply by making the cushion deeper or the nose space larger. It's not great but not a deal breaker.
The remote control feels great but is impossible to figure out without looking it up on forums. Essentially it has four modes of operation supposedly designed for different uses, unfortunately neither of these modes seems to have a functioning select button which renders it universally useless. The only use I could find for it was skipping between YouTube videos.
Google cardboard apps are out as they are unusable without a select button, bafflingly they require touchscreen operation which is impossible while your phone is in a VR headset. However, there are some great free VR suites in the google play store which use a look to select function & work really well. YouTube 360 VR movies work really well too providing you don't mind the huge quantity of ads it throws at you between features. You will need to remove your phone from the headset to perform a search but once on a playlist you can leave it running.
Ordinarily I would only have rated this a 3-star product but it'a so cheap you really can't complain. Therefore I'm giving it 4-stars on the basis it is incredible value for money.
