Faulty valve
I got the device I was super excited to get it. I wasn't able to open it right away due to hurricane Irma. But once I omen it and got it all hooked up and ready to go I powered it on and water begins to leak from the fresh water container. I turned it on high suction out of pure curiosity and it started dripping like a faucet. I asked for replacement container to see if that would help. But, I just got a list of things to try and fix the issue that didn't work, a option for partial refund and keep the device. That don't make since because it don't work and I haven't seen where you can order that replacement piece. It don't have the suction it just don't work and leaks to much water
